First offer

When the app is available, a signed-in account can keep income and expenses, photograph and store receipts (subject to plan), recover originals in a later session, create invoices and mileage notes, choose a tax period, produce PDF and CSV, prepare a ZIP for an accountant, and share or download that pack. Six languages. Tax figures on screen are indicative bookkeeping aids — not a filed return.

Screen totals are bookkeeping figures. The service does not calculate a final tax bill and does not replace an accountant.

Not finished

• Public registration is closed.
• HMRC production filing is not a finished feature.
• Conversational AI is not a finished feature.
• General translation is not a finished feature. Only known phrases are translated.

Plans

Free is £0. Pro is provisionally £9.90 per month. The figures 24 movements and 12 receipts are a development ceiling, not an approved commercial quota. The current invited-account server gate of 3 movements and 1 receipt is also not that quota. No price or subscription is changed by these terms.

Acceptable use

• Use only your own records or authorised test data.
• Do not attempt to read another account’s documents.
• Do not try to turn a customer account into an administrator.

Liability

Liability, consumer terms and the governing law stay with counsel. This draft does not limit or accept liability.
